As part of E-Safety day, Class 4 wrote acrostic poems using the words Change and Unite. This was the theme for the day – ‘Be the Change, unite for a better internet.’ We also looked at the meanings of emojis and wrote our own advice on E-safety using emojis. Can you understand the messages?
Adam Bushnell came into school to help with our writing skills. Class 4 created their own poem about their own hunt for a creature, based upon Michael Rosen’s We’re Going on a Bear Hunt’. The children had amazing ideas and created excellent pieces of writing.
As part of our RE work, we have been learning about the symbols used in the Christingle on the 3rd Sunday of Advent, Gaudette Sunday. We also made our own to make home. Class 4 really enjoyed the sweets!
Class 4 have been busy making Christmas cards and calendars for their families. Take a look at some of our festive creations.
A special visitor came along to our Christmas party today. We had lots of fun playing Pass the Parcel, Musical Bumps and many other games, both old and new.
Class 4 have really enjoyed their topic of Crime and Punishment through the ages. Take a look at some of our great project work.
Class 4 enjoyed a non-uniform day for Children In Need.
The whole school had a fantastic Friday afternoon listening to the choir and orchestra from St Bedes. We enjoyed singing along to some of our favourite Christmas songs. Thank- you to all of the children who performed today. 
The Magic is well underway and all are having fun at our Polar a Express night.
