Today, our Year 5 children were asked to represent KS1 and KS2 and took a wreath, which was made by children in school, down to the cenotaph.ย Year 5 children also had a chance to see the wonderful WW1 display window in Shotton and Mr Cochrane kindly spoke to the children about the importance of remembering our soldiers in this anniversary year. The whole school held a one minute silence at 11 o’clock and all children completed work based around Remembrance Day.
