This week our story has been Goldilocks and the Three Bears.
We have chosen a favourite character to write about, made wanted posters to find Goldilocks and designed new beds for the Three Bears.

The Gingerbread Man Activities…
This week the children are having lots of fun completing their “Gingerbread Man” activities.
They are enjoying dancing along to the Gingerbread Man song, making a boat to help him cross the river and learning all about different farm animals.
The Three Little Pigs Activities…
The children have been busy reading the story of “The Three Little Pigs,” and building their own homes for the pigs. Well done!
Our Wonderful Writing…
Wow! I have been so impressed with the lovely writing I have been sent this week.

Marvellous Maths work…
The children have enjoyed hunting for numbers this week. Some of us were really adventurous and went hunting for numbers outside!

Snow Days…
Some of the children have had lots of fun playing in the snow and going on cold, wintery walks to feed the ducks.

Our reception children have been busy this week learning about Florence Nightingale to celebrate National Nurses Day.
The children have also been finding out about other key workers who are all real life heroes.

The children in reception class have been super busy at home writing about their favourite part in the Superworm story.
They have also written posters to find the “Evil Wizard Lizard,” and made their own minibeasts.

Our reception children have always been really creative so it is lovely to see this is continuing at home too!
