I hope you have all had a lovely week! Some of our class family have been so busy inside and outside of school. We have been using adjectives to describe our very own bog baby and plan our own story! We have focused on addition and subtraction in maths using base ten to help us, just look at what we have been up to!

This past fortnight we have been exploring the continent of Asia! We have been creating Rangoli patterns, our very sushi using some interesting ingredients! Look at Riley’s sushi he has used rice crispy treats, strawberries and fruit winders. Sounds good Riley! Look at the amazing origami Riley has made, Tom and Jerry as origami! You are fabulous Riley, well done!
Ruby has been super busy these past two weeks too! She has researched the continent of Asia finding lots of interesting facts, she worked super hard to compare Russia and the UK. Your Rangoli pattern is beautiful Ruby, you superstar!

Alice has produced some amazing work this week working very hard on her art work! She created her very own Andy Warhol inspired artwork using ICT. Her sister Olivia helped her with some of the computing work to create her artwork! Great work girls.

Mia has been working super hard thinking about healthy eating and thinking up how we can get our five pieces of fruit and vegetables in our diet! She created some lovely fruit kebabs for her dad as a super healthy snack! Well done Mia, they look delicious!

Lewis has been working extremely hard these past few weeks! He has created a fabulous medal to celebrate those who fought for us, created some beautiful poetry, described his very unusual pet whale and researched the life of Florence Nightingale. He is a super mathematician! Whizzing through his maths work with 100% effort! Fantastic work Lewis!

Today we celebrate VE day in honour of all of those who fought for us! Our class family have been very busy with activities this week to celebrate this 75th anniversary.

We have been creating our very own pet which is quite unusual like a zebra! They have been creating their own instructions how to care for their own pet. They have used amazing vocabulary to describe these amazing pets!
They’ve also used their favourite books to create book reviews. Some great RE work as well creating a fabulous acrostic poem!
