Reading at home

6 May 2020 By spidrwebadmin

It is very important that children continue to read as much as possible while staying at home. At the moment, some websites are offering free access to child friendly texts. You may need to register using an email address and it only takes a minute.

EPIC

Oxford Owl

Open Library

There are also some very good websites, which children can use to find out about our world and events. Here are a few to look at;

Newsround

National Geographic for Kids

Ducksters

Our amazing new canopy…

27 April 2020 By spidrwebadmin

The builders from Pentagon Play have been busy installing a new canopy on our Early Years classroom.

After a lot of hard work and commitment from staff behind the scenes, we were delighted to be informed that we had won a bid to have a canopy installed which would make our outdoor classroom even more accessible.

We cannot wait for the children to use it and we have lots of plans to ensure it will benefit everyone in our school, as well as the wider community.

I’m sure you will all agree that it looks fabulous!
