Our crafts are well underway for the Christmas Coffee Morning.

We have had lots of lovely ideas about what we want to make and have started to make some of them this week.

After exploring in the malleable area, we asked Mrs Ferguson if we could make some real gingerbread men.

Mrs Ferguson said we could but first of all we needed to practise making dough by following the recipe carefully.

Today we experimented with flour, salt and water to try and make a perfect dough texture.

We made some mistakes along the way but we got there in the end!

We’re really excited to do some real baking next week.

Mrs Ferguson brought in some strange looking eggs today.

We thought they looked like potatoes and smelled of strange cookies.

We tried to crack them to find out what was inside. It was a trick job because the eggs were really hard.

Finally, we manage to break the eggs and found baby dinosaurs inside!

We had another successful Book and Biscuit Morning, with families sharing stories while enjoying a biscuit treat.

We shared the story of Bog Baby around our camp fire and then made our own to look after at home.

Our Bog Babies are very cute!
