Thank you to everyone who attended our Mother’s Day Liturgy.
The boys and girls in Reception class led a beautiful and respectful liturgy for their families, thanking God for their mothers.
The children have all been very busy making their crafts for the Spring Fair on Friday.
They have made bookmarks, plant pots and Bunny Dust.
Here is a sneak preview of some of the lovely products we will be selling…
Wow! What an exciting morning we have had so far!
We changed into our Winter Olympic t-shirts and paraded to the hall for the Opening Ceremony of the 2018 OLOL Winter Olympic Games.
Our special guest, Miss Wright, came along to light our Olympic torch and to declare the Winter Olympics 2018 officially open!
This afternoon our Winter Olympics fun and games continued with our very own Dancing on Ice competition.
Our special guest, Mrs Ashton, came along to judge our best ice skaters.
Everyone was fantastic and really showed off their best dance moves.
At the end of the day Mrs Ashton gave out medals to us all for being amazing Olympians.
What an amazing day!
Thank you so much to everyone who has shared some of their child’s home achievements.
We love sharing our Magical Moments with our friends and they look lovely in our Learning Journals.
Please keep sending in anything wonderful that your child is doing at home.
If you need new sheets then please help yourself from the table in the EYFS entrance.
A big thank you to everyone who attended our maths and ICT workshops.
It was a fantastic opportunity to share our teaching methods and for parents and children to work together to gain a clearer understanding of our Mastery approach to maths.
Everyone found the sessions really useful and valued the opportunity to ask staff questions and discuss any worries or concerns they had.
Please continue to check our school website for updates and useful resources.
We are really enjoying using our imaginations to create imaginary worlds with loose parts.
However, we are starting to run short of parts and we would be very grateful if any donations of the following could be sent into school…
Thank you for your continued support.
