National Poetry Day

4 October 2018 By spidrwebadmin

In Class 5 we celebrated National Poetry Day. We took part in a live lesson with hundreds of primary schools across the U.K.  We wrote our own similes and phrases using  alliteration. We also took part in an acitivty to show emotions with our faces. We then read a poem called “On the Ning Nang Nong” by Spike Milligan. We created illustrations of what we think the Ning Nang Nong looks like. All of ideas were very different and very creative!
