Class 3 have been learning about how to look after African Land snails. They created an information leaflet to explain the difference between looking after plants and pets. They kindly shared their learning with Class 2.

Class 3’s Visitor!
Class 3 had a very special visitor join them in their science lesson. They asked Mr Mcphail lots of questions about his pet and how to look after him. They identified similarities and differences compared to looking after a plant.
Super Statistics!
We have been learning about statistics in our maths lessons this week. We have all been working really hard!

Class 3 have enjoyed learning about money and giving change.

We are currently enjoying learning about Tutankhamun! We worked together to group our information around a theme about his life.
Football Tournament
Well done to our Yer 3 and 4 footballers, who took part in the tournament at Soccarena on 5th March. They all played well together as a team.
Royal Visit to Beacon of Light
Fair Trade Cupcakes
This week we have been learning about FairTrade and how it can help other people. As part of our a Design and Technology lessons, we followed a recipe to make cupcakes using Fair Trade ingredients. We had lots of fun measuring the ingredients, mixing them and working together! Our cakes were delicious!
Class 3 Liturgy
Class 3 have ended their RE topic of ‘Journeys’ with a liturgy. They were so respectful during their time of reflection as they thanked God for being with them during their own personal journey.
