Mrs Hoggarth and Mrs Wigham were so impressed with the effort that went into creating artwork based on their favourite book. Well done everyone and well done to parents and grandparents who helped too.

We have had a very special visitor from the PDSA today. We listened carefully so that we could learn how to look after our pets.

We have started our new topic, What a Wonderful World. Help us to learn the 7 Continents song at home on You Tube by Hopscotch.

We are working hard already in 2019 to learn our multiplication facts. Here are some examples of us making equal groups today.

We had such a fun day on party day in class two. Santa came to say hello too.

Working in a small team, we worked hard to create a story co ordinates grid. Next week we will be choosing a character, setting, problem and magical object to write our own stories. Mrs Hoggarth is hoping that there will be some amazing stories to put on our Incredible Work Wall.

Class 2 worked with pastels to create firework pictures. We are pleased with how they all turned out.

We are proud of our remembrance display. We worked hard to write our own prayers for people who have died.
