This week we have been learning about how important our mental health is. We have enjoyed taking part in lots of mindfulness activities to help us deal with our emotions. On Friday we really enjoyed our yoga session that really helped us to relax.

We have been learning all about the weather and the four seasons in science.  We created a great display of the seasons before exploring the snow after our winter snow storm overnight.

We have seen some fantastic homework projects in school this week. Well done to you all, it is such a joy to see how much you have enjoyed creating your ‘book in a box’ together.  The children have really enjoyed sharing their favourite stories together and they have been very proud to share their work.  Well done everyone!

We have really enjoyed learning about the properties of 3D shapes this week.  We have been On shape hunt, learnt shape songs and we have loved being maths magicians. It was great fun!

We were very lucky today to have a visit from Tina from the PDSA. We had a great assembly where we found out all about the fantastic work that the PDSA does before taking part in a great workshop on how to look after our pets to keep them healthy and happy

we are really enjoying our new topic this half term, ‘explorers.’ We are having great fun in our space station discovering the solar system this week.

We have all had a fantastic time at our party day today.  We enjoyed party games and dances and a wonderful party lunch, followed by a visit from Santa!
