We have enjoyed learning some sign language this week as part of our work on National deaf awareness week.  We learnt how to sign the song, Bingo and ‘this is me’ from the greatest showman.  We also learn to sing a prayer using sign language too!

We are really enjoying exploring movement to music in our PE lessons this term. We are learning some key skills to combine into our dance routine. It’s great fun!

We celebrated our love of stories by dressing up as some of our favourite characters. We also invited our parents into school to snuggle up with a good book. We shared some of our favourite stories and shared a hot chocolate.

Today we had a visit from the ‘cake ninja!’ Who talked to us about where our food comes from.  We talked about food from around the world and how important it is to ‘eat a rainbow.’

We learnt how different coloured foods help us to stay healthy.  We created our own, ‘eat a rainbow posters before using different coloured fruit to create our own artwork.  It was great fun!
