We had a great time today completing our sponsored fun run as part of our world mental health day activities. It was very tiring, but so much fun!

Year One have thoroughly enjoyed themselves looking for leaves. They noticed all the different shapes and colours of the different leaves. They then made amazing leaf prints on some material- Well Done Year One!

We all enjoyed working together as a group to make our own treasure island. We enjoyed collecting natural materials from outside.

We have been very busy this week…

We enjoyed investigating making different shapes using only sticks and blue tac- Good work Year One!

We also enjoyed matching the capital letter to the lowercase letters.

There’s been even more great construction work going on!

We thoroughly enjoyed our outdoor learning session today- we found so many different coloured natural objects in our playground!

Then we made our self portraits using natural materials and chalk. Look at all those happy smiles!

Year One have made some FANTASTIC Autumn crowns. We made some leaf rubbing and then cut them out to stick on our crowns. Great work Year One you look amazing!

Year One have enjoyed counting, making and ordering numbers this week- Well Done Year One!

Year One had a great time going on a nature treasure hunt! we found so many beautiful treasures in our playground and field areas.

The children have all enjoyed exploring our classroom and working in our learning areas- well done Year One!
