We have had a lot of fun in history this week finding out about toys past and present. ย We found out about the toys our Grandparents and parents enjoyed playing with and shared some of our favourite toys before creating a toy timeline.ย

We have had a fantastic first day back today. ย We really enjoyed exploring our new learning areas and getting to know our new teachers.
Drowning Prevention Week
This week is Drowning Prevention Week. All of our children have spent some time during their Sports Week learning about how to stay safe when they are taking part in water sports or playing near to, or around, water.

Class 1 are enjoying all of our sporting activities this week. We loved the climbing wall yesterday and some of us even got to the top!
In Class 1 we have had a fantastic day celebrating World Book Day! Thank you to all who came and joined us and made it such a fun experience. Here are some photographs taken throughout the day whilst we were learning all about the Enormous Crocodile.
