In school we are proud to have a buddy system whereby our oldest children in the school join up and buddy with our youngest children in school. The buddies help our Reception children to transition into school smoothly, they build strong friendships and are brilliant role models. Throughout the school year our buddies have planned opportunities to meet together, to work, play and have fun. Parents and pupils speak highly of how effective the buddy system is ensuring that those who join our school family instantly have a connection and a friendly face, making them quickly feel like a valued member of our school community.
