The Greatest Assembly Ever…
A huge well done to the boys and girls in Reception for a fantastic performance of their class assembly this morning.
It was absolutely amazing and Ms Ferguson is incredibly proud of every single child in her class.
There wasn’t a dry eye in the house.
Well done, you are all superstars!
Zumba!
This morning we held our first morning Zumba session for KS2. All the children came into the hall first thing for a fun workout. Everyone said it was great! Even the teachers joined in.
Eco Club!
Today in Eco-Club we made seed blasters to help spread seeds around our gardens to encourage bees and butterflies to visit them!
We checked in on our bug hotel to make sure it was safe for our little bug visitors and deliver some lady bugs that got a bit lost in our classroom!
First Holy Communion
Congratulations to our Year 4 children who received their First Holy Communion today. Please keep them in your prayers.
Wet weather wonders…
What a wet weather week we have had!
We didn’t let the rain stop us from having fun this week.
We made the most of the water and made potions, mud pies, painted in the rain and even washed our outside area.
Archery
This week, Class 5 and Class 6 had a go at archery, using compound bows and arrows in the school hall! We really enjoyed trying archery and we all would love to do it again. 
Outdoor learning
We have been trying outdoor learning today, using yard chalk to draw and group angles 
Life Centre Visit
What an amazing, science-filled day Class 3 have had! We loved exploring the ‘Game on’ exhibit, ‘Brain Function’ exhibit, watching a science theatre show, visiting the planetarium, completing our ‘Light and Shadow’ workshop and even going on a 4-D ride!
