We celebrated National Poetry Day by learning some performance Poetry. We enjoyed creating actions for the ‘School Kid Rap’.

We enjoyed becoming paleologists today and looked at different fossils. We were all so excited!

In our science lessons we have been studying space. Today we made scale models of the solar system in the hall. We found that (in our scale model) the moon was a peppercorn, the Earth was a pea and the sun would be a basketball! We estimated the distances and then made the models correctly to scale. We were amazed at how far away the sun actually is from our planet.
