What an amazing, football fun-filled day we’ve had! We started our day learning about Italy and played a game of bingo using the countries competing in the Euros. Next we played 5 aside against Class 4. Class3 showed fabulous teamwork! We ate our lunch outside together before spending our afternoon practising basic dribbling and fitness skills and designing our own football strip.
As a class we chose to focus on the team and country Poland as a member of our class family is Polish. We have made posters full of information about Poland, designed football strips thinking about Poland.
We have had an amazing day celebrating Euro 2020 and getting ready for the football match tonignt.
We have made bunting and flags and even played our own little football game.
We even took a trip to Wembley Stadium with our friends and had our photo taken with the England squad ๐
We have had a lovely couple of weeks watching our ducklings hatch and grow.
It had been such a wonderful experience for us all and we will be sad to see them go back to the farm tomorrow.
We are all very excited about our Euro 2021 celebrations on Friday. It’s going to be a day of fabulous football fun. Don’t forget to dress accordingly.
I think it’s fair to say that Class 4 very much enjoyed their outdoor learning this week.
In maths we have been using cubes to group numbers and then write a division number sentence.ย 
We have been busy focusing on our wellbeing describing different feelings and how they might look creating a dance and song to represent different feelings!
In computing this half term we are creating a piece of music! This week we are focussed on rhythm and creating our very own rhythms using chrome music lab. We had lots of fun making the monkeys play different rhythms.
