All children have enjoyed celebrating Children in Need today. We created posters and new outfits for Pudsey! We all came to school in our own clothes. The children are excited to watch the Children in Need appeal show tonight Thank you for your support and donations today.
Lumiere Lights
Class 6 had a fantastic time in our Lumiere workshop. We learned all about science and how to make sustainable lights. Our bottle lights will be used in the Lumiere displays in Durham. Why not go and have a look at the display!

All children enjoyed visiting the theater to see Macbeth and taking part in our Midsummer Night’s Dream workshop with Darren. Excellent Shakespearean scholars Class 6!
Firework pancakes!
We have been very busy designing and making firework pancakes!
We were very careful to split our pancakes into fractions of quarters, thirds or eighths and then we added yummy treats to make them look like colourful pancakes!
We had so much fun!
Disco Fever!
Our children are very excited as today is our school disco. We are looking forward to seeing some fabulous costumes!
Class 6’s Blog
Welcome to Class 6’s blog! Mrs Pearn and I are excited to share all of the exciting things that happen in our class. Although we continue to work hard; we have had some fantastic experiences so far this half-term. We went to Faith 15, St Bede’s for an E- Safety and Science day, had a day with a Shakespearean actor and went to see Macbeth. We have more exciting trips planned for this term. Year 6 is an exciting year and we hope the children enjoy the many different experiences they are having.

There will also be times where I post information to help children with homework.

Class 2’s dinosaur cakes!
Class 2 had so much fun today making dinosaur cakes! We worked in teams, took turns and followed instructions brilliantly. Our cakes tasted delicious!
