Remembrance Day 2021
Fireworks Safety
Classes 5 and 6 had a visit from the Fire Brigade to discuss the dangers of fireworks and bonfires. We know how to keep ourselves safe every bonfire night.
Creating structures
In outdoor learning today, our task was to create a one man bivouac. This was trickier than the lean-to shelter we built previously.
Happy All Saints Day

Poetry Planning
Class 2 have been working together as a class to plan their acrostic poem for the word ‘AUTUMN’. Miss Brack saw lots of descriptive phrases. Well done!
A Visit to Special Places
On our class trip we visited a number of special places in the North East. First we visited the Angel of the North. Then, we drove over the Tyne Bride, before walking over the Millennium Bridge. After that, we climbed all the way to the top of Penshaw Monument before ending our day with a picnic and a play in Herrington Park. Everyone enjoyed their day!
